Levenson along with Atlanta Hawks Basketball & Entertainment (AHBE), has found himself in a court battle against the franchise’s former insurance company regarding a policy he says was not honored by them. According to AJC, AHBE filed the claim after the sale of the Hawks was made and they elected to buyout former General Manager Danny Ferry’s contract. Such a move was provided for in the insurance policy, but thus far the insurance company doesn’t seem to see it that way. Bruce Levenson and AHBE are taking this matter to court where they hope to receive compensation for damages done by the insurance company.

You can tell that it’s definitely a popular spot. Kim Dao and her friend Ines had to wait for approximately twenty minutes before they were able to be seated inside the restaurant. From the pink colored hamburger buns to the adorable way that the food is styled onto each plate, everything looks spectacular. Kim Dao enjoyed the mousse for lunch, and it looked almost too cute to eat, almost. She dug in with delight, as she and her friend enjoyed a casual lunch together overlooking the city. Once Kim Dao and Ines were done with lunch, they immediately went to the Sailor Moon Exhibition. Kim Dao said it brought back many good memories for her once she saw the colorful displays inside. The views of the city of Tokyo from the glass windows in the exhibition were simply breathtaking. It only enhanced the overall experience of the exhibition.
